The weather has turned winter like around here. We are talking single digits when you get up in the morning. But, that doesn't promote hat or mitten usage. When will Annalise ever be cold?? Since we are stuck inside for the most part, we have been trying to be more creative when playing.
On Tuesday, Annalise's buddy, Stella came to visit. It was a break for me and for Stella's mom because they took off and played all on their own for 3 hours. I think we may have to have Stella over again next week. I did provide a craft and the kids were very neat and tidy about paint treasure boxes.

IF they aren't punching each other or putting their feet on each other, they are getting along great. I was making dinner this afternoon and it got really quiet. This is what I came upon:
Some one is getting too big for the fort.
They were just hanging out under the coffee table reading books by the light of the lantern. Let's see how long it lasts.....
